How the score is calculated

• Responsiveness, up to 40 points: half from the share of first messages the company answered, half from how fast it answered (median time to the first reply: 1 hour or less earns full points, 72 hours or more earns none). Needs at least 3 conversations, otherwise it shows “not enough data” and adds no points.
• Completed deals, up to 30 points: deals that either side marked completed in the shipment tracker. 10 or more count fully.
• Ratings, up to 30 points: the average of deal, listing and job ratings. With few ratings the average is pulled toward the middle (as if 3 extra 3-star ratings were added), so one 5-star rating does not outrank many good ones. No ratings, no points.
• Conversations of the last 365 days count. A message that has waited less than 24 hours is not counted as unanswered.
• Only verified companies with a public profile appear, and only if at least one of the three parts has real data. Nothing is estimated or filled in.
• Equal scores are ordered by completed deals, then by number of ratings, then by name.
