Tonport is a trading platform and marketplace. It helps companies find each other, post offers and requests, discuss terms and follow shipments.

Tonport does not hold funds, issue letters of credit, or run escrow. It is not an exchange. Payment and delivery are agreed and carried out between the companies themselves.

Tonport connects members. Deals, payments, shipping, quality, inspections and field jobs are agreed and carried out directly between members.

Tonport is not a party to any trade and takes no responsibility for any trade, payment, delivery, job or the conduct of any member. Members act at their own risk and do their own checks before they deal.

Tonport is for businesses and the people who act for them. Use accurate details and keep your password private.

One person acts for one company account. Tell us if you think your account was used by someone else.

A verified badge means the company submitted registration documents and an administrator reviewed them. It describes that review only.

Post only offers, requests and information that are real and that you have the right to share.

Do not post stolen, misleading or illegal goods, other people's personal data, spam, or anything meant to take payment outside an agreed deal.

You keep ownership of what you post. You allow Tonport to show it on the platform as you set its visibility.

We may hide content, limit features or suspend accounts that break these rules or that other members report successfully.

You can report a listing, message, post, comment or company from the page where you see it.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
